The 2026 Year Beginning Meeting (YBM) was one of the largest cross-functional brand experiences our team supported, bringing together months of collaboration, iteration, and execution across multiple teams and disciplines. Designed to engage and inspire Walmart Associates at scale, the event required a cohesive visual system that could flex across stage moments, environmental graphics, presentations, and digital touchpoints.
As part of the Enterprise Brand Design team, I contributed hands-on design work throughout the project lifecycle, partnering closely with the production team, project managers, and creative leadership to bring the experience to life. From early creative development through final execution, the work demanded constant refinement, adaptability, and close collaboration leading up to launch.
